Classes combine instruction in Korean language at beginners level with aspects of Korean culture. Through interactive engagement with materials related to contemporary Korea, students gain a better grip on Korean vocabulary, and greater confidence in speaking with native interlocutors. In-class cultural activities, a range of carefully tailored assignments, as well as guest lectures will introduce new learners to the many hidden wonders of Korean language and culture.

Further information on the Korean program is available from the School of Culture, History and Language.

The student should be undertaking English rich tertiary courses also.
